Pantelleria, an island with a wild disposition where the Arab dominations have left an indelible trace including the typical Dammuso construction with stone walls even two meters thick. Let us guide you on a short trip to Pantesco, where in the east you can admire pastels in pastel colors and in the west fiery sunsets.
The Dammuso Alba Levante (so called because it is located in the east) and a few steps from the sea (about 70 meters), located in an ancient fishing village (called Cala Levante) which then became residential thanks also to famous people who made their residence there summer. The symbol of the island, the Arco dell'Elefante just 300 meters away.
The Dammuso, completely renovated (2019-2020) has two verandas: one with a gazebo overlooking the sea with wonderful views, and another interior of about 25 square meters equipped with barbeque, shower and laundry. With large spaces and numerous comforts the dammuso is finely furnished in a shabby style, and consists of: large kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms with characteristic roofs (one with a window overlooking the sea), large bathroom, basement of about 70 square meters also finished.
The house also has private parking (which is not common) in the area and is sold fully furnished.

The house has a sea view, you just need to cross the road to enjoy the beach and the splendid crystal clear and unspoiled sea
Other natural wonders at a very short distance:
- Arco dell'Elefante: it is the main naturalistic attraction of the island, one of the places that best represents it. It is a singular faraglione whose shape resembles that of an elephant, with its trunk immersed in the water to form the characteristic arch.
- Cala Levante (in front of the house): one of the most famous and popular coves on the island, with very calm water;
- Lago di Venere: a natural lake, a natural crater of an ancient volcano, fed by rains and thermal springs inside, which reach temperatures around 40 ° -50 ° C.
