The historical memory of the palace indicates with a commemorative plaque the living room of Giuseppe Garibaldi on 3 September 1860 and with another one found during restoration works, the period of 1475 as a construction period. In fact, a laudatory plaque from the Queen Isabella of Spain's family was found.
The property consists of a total area of about 630 square meters on several levels, and already divided into various housing units that can be kept and used as holiday homes, or the entire structure can be converted into a luxury hotel.
The renovation of the building could possibly also access European Union funds.
